T H E P R O C E S S
Start an order by emailing or messaging me! I’ll have you send the shoes directly to me. We will discuss design ideas together, then I’ll create a series of mock-up drawings. Once the shoes have arrived, they will be painted in 3-5 weeks, then shipped back to you.
For a pair of leather shoes, I start by cleaning the surface using acetone. I then sketch my design in pencil or pen. Using only acrylic leather paint and a paintbrush, I freehand paint each section. I wait until the paint is dry, then I apply the next layer. Usually 2-4 coats are needed. Once my design is complete, I seal the design with a clear acrylic finisher, then the shoes are ready to be worn! All designs are original, highly unique, and hand-painted.
